study

Assembled with ease to become unbounded, each publication carries a few curricular modalities: lectures, activities, and props.

activities

These may look like open-ended prompts, a structured setting for play through games, scaffolded steps in exercises, or a list of demands. For example, one issue may circulate writing prompts for looking at photographs; whereas, another may circulate a list of practices for protest photography that center extensive care.

lectures

These may take the shape of an academic essay, a script for a performance lecture, a story, a printed slideshow using transparencies, or something else entirely.

props

These may be images offered, archive facsimiles, paper cutouts and viewfinders, or the page itself as mat or tray for play.
